Shipping and Handling Policies
Total time to delivery = processing time + shipping time.
Processing time: We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Items are shipped from various locations. The processing time will vary, accordingly.
Shipping time:
Shipping to the United States: Standard shipping is by either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service ground delivery. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, and number of packages in the order. Depending on destination location and which carrier (chosen at our discretion) shipping times usually range from 1 to 6 business days.
Shipping outside the United States: Sorry we currently do not ship out side the US. But If we receive enough requests we are willing to look into changing that policy.
Shipping to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you purchase from us, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive it for a refund, replacement or exchange, per our Return Policy below.
Return Policy
Items received by customer in good condition: Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All nondefective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resalable as new. Returns to G&M Distributors of nondefective merchandise before 30 days from the invoice date from G&M Distributors to the purchaser are subject to 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. G&M Distributors will not accept returns of nodefective merchandise after 30 days.
Items received by customer in damaged condition: G&M Distributors is not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 30 days. Please contact your salesperson for manufacturer return information. Firearms that have been fired are considered used and will not be accepted by G&M Distributors (manufacturer warranty will apply).
Back Orders
We will automatically back order any item that you order which is out of stock at time of order processing. If a back order causes your order to be sent in an additional shipment we will pay for standard ground delivery for the additional shipment.

G&M Distributors accepts as payment Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

How to check the status of an order
If you have not received your purchase in a timely fashion, please send an email to G&M Distributors and we will investigate fully.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks to receive your order, depending on the availability of the item(s) you purchase. Most items will ship in 1 to 3 business days. Please see our Shipping and Handling Policies section above for more information.
